At auction, in the Trinity Building Sales room yesterday, Mr. D. Phoenix Ingraham sold, under foreclosure, to the plaintiff, Alfred B. Price, at $67,450, the six-story brick flat 133 and 135 West Eleventh Street, north side, 375 feet west of Sixth Avenue, 50 by 103.3. He also sold under foreclosure, to Thomas Stokes, at $23,600, the four-story brick dwelling 472 West End Avenue, east side, 60.815 feet south of Eighty-eighth Street, 20 by 100.
