The People, defendant in error, V8. James G. Warchammr, plaintiff in eror.–P. A. JOHNSON, J.–The Plaintiff in error was indicted by a Grand Jury of Erie County, charged with having sold intexieating liquor, in small quantities, conrary to the provisions of the Proibitory act of April 9, 1855, and was tried and convicted of the offence, at a Court of Sessions.
