Cutting and others, who held stock of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad and the Staten Island Rapid Transit Railroad, and all concerned in the foreclosure against the Staten Island Rapid Transit Railroad Company, and the transfer of its property to the new Staten Island Rapid Transit Railway Company, was before Justice Joslah T.
