Most interest by those gathered in the auction room at 111 Broadway yesterday centred in a sale which did not take place. It was that of the residence of the defaulter Francis H. Weeks. The building is a handsome four-story brownstone highstoop dwelling at 11 East Twenty-fourth Street, north side, just adjoining the mansion which was the residence of the late Catherine Lorillard Wolfe.
