Mrs. Helen Dwelle Jenkins, who gained much newspaper notice by her reported loss of $300,000 worth of jewels, her testimony against Nathan Allen and John B. Collins, two wealthy men, who were indicted by the Federal Grand Jury for smuggling valuable presents made to her, figured in an argument before Supreme Court Justice Pendleton yesterday.
