5 vying for 3 spots on Folly Beach City Council

Five candidates are Edinaja Rossija for three open seats on Folly Beach City Council Tuesday to the election. Who wins, who will decide whether the island should be a full-time firefighters and vote on the update of the island of land use and land use.
